In his first statement since being involved in an road accident that killed Canadian Tashana Cumbermack on Saturday, Dancehall Artiste Munga Honourable has rubbished reports that he was driving the car on the night of the incident.
In a post online Munga bemoaned the passing of Tashana, while defending his stance that he was not driving the car at the time of the incident.
The entertainer, whose real name is Damion Rhoden, and another man involved in the crash have been hospitalised in stable condition.
According to the police, Munga and three other men were travelling in a Toyota motorcar when the vehicle he was travelling in lost control in the Ferry area.
It’s reported that the vehicle collided into a Suzuki Vitara sport utility vehicle, which then crashed into a minibus in which Cumbermack was a passenger.
